3. Service Fees and Payment
3.1 Fee Structure
Our fees vary based on the service package selected. Current pricing is displayed on our website but is subject to change. The final fee will be confirmed in your service agreement.
3.2 Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total fee is required to commence services
- The remaining balance is payable according to the schedule specified in your service agreement
- Additional services requested outside the scope of your selected package will incur additional fees
3.3 Payment Methods
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and debit card. All payment details will be provided in your invoice.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and truthful information
- Supplying all requested documents in a timely manner
- Disclosing all relevant information that may affect your migration application
- Responding promptly to requests for additional information
- Attending all required appointments and interviews
- Paying all government fees and charges related to your application
- Complying with all immigration laws and regulations
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in delays, additional costs, or unsuccessful applications, for which MigrationPath Cyprus cannot be held liable.
5. Service Limitations
While we strive to provide comprehensive migration assistance, please note that:
- We cannot guarantee the approval of any application, as final decisions rest with government authorities
- We do not provide legal representation in court proceedings
- We cannot expedite processing times beyond standard government procedures
- We do not assist with applications that involve misrepresentation or fraudulent information
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
We take client confidentiality seriously and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by MigrationPath Cyprus and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent.
8. Termination of Services
8.1 Termination by Client
You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice. However, the following conditions apply:
- The initial deposit is non-refundable
- You will be responsible for payment for services already rendered
- Refunds for unused services will be calculated according to our refund policy
8.2 Termination by MigrationPath Cyprus
We reserve the right to terminate our services if:
- You breach these Terms or your service agreement
- You provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
- You fail to pay fees within the specified timeframe
- We determine that continuing to provide services would be unethical or unlawful
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MigrationPath Cyprus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- The use or inability to use our services
- Decisions made by government authorities regarding your application
- Delays in processing times
- Changes in immigration laws and regulations
- Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services directly related to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MigrationPath Cyprus, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on our website and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with the mediation rules of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in Cyprus. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
